Executive Standard:KAPTON*FN insulating film Standard No.: TY6254-FN Applicable Range: This product is manufactured with the raw material of polyimide film painted with F46 adhesive on single or both sides. After drying, it has been cut into different width. The product can be used for electrical lead winding insulating material. This product is fused at the temperature from 350 ℃ to 380 ℃ at 0.5 minute.

- Appearance:
The tape should be dry ;clean and smooth and the tape should have no defects such as air bubble, pinhole, etc.
- Dimension:
- Length
The length of the tape as well as the number of splice should be made as the request of clients.
- Width
- The width of the tape and its tolerance is as follows:
10mm ± 0.5mm; 15mm ± 0.5mm Other width of tape is available too.

II Packing , marking, storage and transportation
- The film, tape should be rolled on the plastic or paper core. Put it into a plastic bag . After sealing the bag , put them into a wooden or dry paper box. with desiccant in it.
- The test report should be put into the box. Each box should have product’s name, specification, batch number, gross weight, net weight, production date, manufacturer, dampproof as well as impact-proof on it.
- The shelf life is 6 months. It still can be used if the quality is ok after inspection.
- The product should be stored in a lightproof, dry, clean, and ventilated warehouse.
- On transportation, the product should avoid sun light, humidity. The product should not be stressed, breaked and avoid mechanical manage.

Applicable Range: The polyimide film is manufactured with the raw materials of pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4---diaminodiphenyl ether synthetic resin, and adopted with “doctor-blading process”. It can resist high temperature and radiation as well as possess excellent dielectric performance and physical performance. It is applicable to motor Grade H, electric appliance insulation, and the electric insulating materials for other purposes.
I. Technological requirement:
1. Appearance: Film surface is smooth, bright and clean. It shall have no defects, such as folding, tearing, particulate, air bubble, pinhole and any external impurity. Its edges shall be orderly and have no breakage. And the film is provided in rolls.
2. Dimension 1) Thickness and allowable deviation: see the recommended thickness in Table One. The products with other thickness can be supplied according to the requirements of customer.

II. Packing, mark, storage and transportation
1. The film shall be provided in rolls and wound around pipe core, each roll is well packed and sealed with plastic bag to be placed into dry and clean box.
